WARRANTY DETAILS

1. UNSINKABLE POLARIZED, LLC WARRANTS that, if your Unsinkable® sunglasses ever fail for any reason during standard use and/or you ever lose your Unsinkable® sunglasses, we will repair or replace your sunglasses for a nominal processing fee and incur all costs to ship them back to you within the United States.


Loss claims

  • You must register your product at unsinkablepolarized.com/warranty with the provided serial# on the warranty card which can be found in your sunglass box. This is the only way we can prove that you have purchased your Unsinkable® sunglasses.
  • You may make ONE loss claim per purchase. Your replacement pair is NOT covered for loss BUT continues to be covered for any/all future damage claims.

Damage claims

  • You may make as many damage claims as needed. Your replacement pair will continue to be protected against any/all future damages. Your replacement pair will continue to be covered against loss, IF and ONLY IF, you have not previously submitted a loss claim for this sunglass purchase.


2. MAKING A CLAIM/PROCESSING FEE

  • To make a claim, you must obtain a claim#. Please login to unsinkablepolarized.com/warranty and submit your claim electronically. You will receive a claim# at that time.
  • A $35 processing fee is REQUIRED to make a claim (see below for more details).
  • Any missing or incomplete information will slow down the processing of your claim.
    • Stores are NOT authorized to provide service under this warranty. For damage claims, do NOT return your Unsinkable® sunglasses to the store.

Processing fee

  • For either a loss or damage claim, the $35 processing fee is REQUIRED for each pair of sunglasses being claimed under this warranty.
    • We cannot process your damage claim until the damaged sunglasses are received by us.
    • We will refund your processing fee if your claim is found to be a manufacturer's defect. Please see section 3 below for details.
  • Payment must be made online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Amex.

Delivery details

  • To track the status of existing warranty claims, login to unsinkablepolarized.com/warranty.
  • For damage claims, your claim# MUST be indicated on the outside of your package & sent directly to Unsinkable Polarized, LLC. We encourage you to send your Unsinkable® sunglasses by a traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking), as Unsinkable Polarized is NOT responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
  • Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. For non-delivery or further information, e-mail us at warranty@reflektpolarized.com. Our normal policy is to reply within one (1) to two (2) business days.


3. MANUFACTURER'S DEFECTS:

If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, Unsinkable Polarized warranties your sunglasses for the lifetime of the product. Unsinkable Polarized will refund the $35 processing fee and repair or replace your Unsinkable® sunglasses and incur the shipping costs back to you.

  • Unsinkable Polarized has the sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects.
  • Scratched lenses are NOT a manufacturer's defect.


4. SCOPE AND DURATION OF THE WARRANTY:

This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser of these Unsinkable® sunglasses, and lasts for the lifetime of your Unsinkable® sunglasses. This warranty covers all parts of your Unsinkable® sunglasses and applies to all types of defects or failure during standard use, except for the following:

  • Standard use does NOT include removing our lenses and replacing them with any type of prescription (RX) lenses.
  • Standard use does NOT include use as protective eyewear for which safety glasses or safety goggles are required. Unsinkable Polarized lenses are NOT considered safety lenses.
  • You may make ONE loss claim per purchase. Your replacement pair is NOT covered for loss BUT continues to be covered for any/all future damage claims.


5. LIMITATION ON DAMAGES:

For breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to the following damages: repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Unsinkable Polarized. Unsinkable Polarized is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, resulting from use of this product. Note: some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


6. REPRODUCTION OF CUSTOMER LETTERS:

Unsinkable Polarized reserves the right to reproduce all or any portion of any customer letter and/or photograph received in connection with this warranty in its advertising or promotional materials without compensation to the customer. The submission of any letter and/or photograph along with a warranty claim will constitute a license permitting Unsinkable Polarized use and reproduction of all or any portion of the customer letter and/or photograph in connection with its business.


7. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

8. THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES, PUERTO RICO, AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS ONLY.

Where do I send my damaged sunglasses?

Can I place a claim for LOSS without my serial number?

Unfortunately, No. This is the only way we can prove that you purchased your Unsinkable sunglasses.




If I lose my sunglasses & place a loss claim, are my replacement sunglasses also covered for loss?

Our generous policy allows the purchaser to claim loss one time on the original purchase only.




If I buy multiple pairs of Unsinkable sunglasses and lose them down the road, can I claim loss for each pair?

Yes, you can claim loss, one time, for each pair you purchase & register with your serial# provided on the warranty card found in the box.




Can I place a damage claim on my repaired or replaced sunglasses?

Yes, there is no limit as to how many times you can submit a claim for your damaged sunglasses.




Is a Proof of Purchase required for me to make a warranty claim?

No.




Do you sell sunglass frame parts?

No. If you incur frame breakage or your Hydrogrip™ rubber comes off, you must submit a warranty claim through our online warranty process.




Can I purchase just a sunglass frame?

Unsinkable Polarized does not sell only frames. You will have to purchase another pair of sunglasses if you would like another frame.




Are scratched lenses covered under the Lifetime Warranty?

Yes. However, you will be charged a $35 processing fee.




If my sunglass came with multiple lens kits, do I need to send back all of my lenses?

We recommend that you send back just what needs to be repaired.




When can I expect my sunglasses back?

We currently have a 1-2 week turnaround time, depending on your location.
